OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
Lit Wine & Books "Read Proud Win Big Giveaway"

SPONSOR
The Lit Wine & Books Read Proud Win Big Giveaway (the "Contest") is sponsored by Lit Wine & Books ("Sponsor").

CONTEST PERIOD
The Contest begins on June 10, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. ET and ends on July 12, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Contest Period").

ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to legal residents of Ontario who have reached the age of majority at the time of entry. Employees, owners, and immediate family members of Lit Wine & Books, and anyone residing in the same household, are not eligible to enter.

HOW TO ENTER
During the Contest Period, customers will automatically receive entries based on the number of eligible books purchased in a single transaction from Lit Wine & Books’ 2SLGBTQ+ collection:
• Purchase one (1) eligible title and receive one (1) Contest entry.
• Purchase two (2) eligible titles and receive five (5) Contest entries.
• Purchase three (3) or more eligible titles and receive twenty (20) Contest entries.
Eligible titles will be identified by Lit Wine & Books during the Contest Period.

No Purchase Necessary: To enter without making a purchase, mail or hand-deliver a handwritten submission of at least 100 words describing your favourite 2SLGBTQIA+ book and why it resonates with you. Include your full name, email address, and telephone number. Submissions must be received by July 12, 2026. Eligible no-purchase entries will receive one (1) Giveaway entry.

There is no limit to the number of entries a participant may accumulate through separate eligible transactions during the Contest Period.

PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive:
• Two (2) tickets to the Toronto Tempo vs. New York Liberty game
• Game is scheduled for September 20, 2026 @ 3:00pm ET
• Location: Coca Cola Coliseum, Toronto, Ontario
Approximate retail value: $250.00

The prize must be accepted as awarded, is not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Winner will receive the tickets through Ticketmaster electronic ticket transfer.
Such prize does not include travel or accommodations (which will be the responsibility of Selected Winner if applicable). Winner assumes any and all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by entering or participating in this Contest or the use or redemption of a prize. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and have no cash value. Prizes or any portion of a prize cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions or special offers. No substitution, transfer or assignment of prizes is permitted, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Use of any tickets to WNBA games or events is subject to all venue and league terms, conditions, and policies. The Sponsor is not responsible for the cancellation, rescheduling, or unavailability of any event due to force majeure, WNBA labour dispute, or other events beyond its control. Tickets may not be resold or used for commercial purposes.

DRAW
A random draw will be conducted on July 14, 2026 from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The selected entrant will be contacted by email and/or telephone using the contact information provided at entry / purchase.
If the selected entrant cannot be reached within five (5) business days, declines the prize, or fails to meet the eligibility requirements, an alternate entrant may be selected.

ODDS OF WINNING
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received before the Contest End Date.

SKILL-TESTING QUESTION
Before being declared the winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by Lit Wine & Books.

PUBLICITY
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Lit Wine & Books may use their first name, likeness, and social media handle for promotional purposes related to the Contest without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or delayed entries, or for any technical, human, or administrative errors that may occur in connection with the Contest.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest should any cause beyond its reasonable control interfere with the proper administration of the Contest. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Rules.

PRIVACY
Personal information collected for the Contest will be used solely for the administration of the Contest and prize fulfillment and will not be sold or shared with third parties except as necessary to administer the Contest.

GOVERNING LAW
The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations and shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Toronto Tempo is not a sponsor, administrator, or participant in this Contest.
